So in 2010 when Roozbeh told her of his feelings over coffee, she was taken completely by surprise. Over the next couple of months, Yalda started to look at him differently \u2013 not for the shy man she believed him to be \u2013 but\u00a0 for the \u201chonest, caring, romantic and full-of-surprises\u201d man that he was.<\/p>\n<p>On 15th December, 2010, Roozbeh proved how romantic and full of surprises he could be. He got Yalda away from the office, took her to lunch and later a walk. Preoccupied with work, Yalda didn\u2019t even question why Roozbeh was stopping at a random house nearby. When he emerged with what she thought was a cake box, she was still none-the-wiser until she opened it up and out flew a dozen of the most gorgeous red and orange butterflies &#8211; which Roozbeh had organised through Butterfly Releases Australia. \u201cI couldn\u2019t breathe. I couldn\u2019t speak. During the vows, the bride and groom sit before the Sofreh which includes various items of meaning, such as the mirror of fate and the heavenly fruits.
