{"id":193897,"date":"2013-12-18T00:00:30","date_gmt":"2013-12-17T13:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/content.easyweddings.com\/au\/real-weddings\/charlie-bens-boutique-beach-wedding\/"},"modified":"2022-03-16T15:32:09","modified_gmt":"2022-03-16T04:32:09","slug":"charlie-bens-boutique-beach-wedding","status":"publish","type":"au-real-wedding","link":"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/real-weddings\/charlie-bens-boutique-beach-wedding\/","title":{"rendered":"Sealed with a sun-kiss: Charlie &amp; Ben&#8217;s boutique beach wedding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\">From sand in their toes to water under their feet, Charlotte Wade and Benjamin Ferriggi took their\u00a0big day from beach to boat on November 1, 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Charlie, 29, and Ben, 38,\u00a0immigrated to Australia last year from the South Coast of England.\u00a0After experiencing a long three-year application process, they were keen to be wed. &#8220;After this time in limbo we wanted to get married and move forward with the rest of our lives as soon as possible,&#8221; says bride Charlie.<\/p>\n<p>For the water-loving duo it was only natural the ocean would be incorporated into their special day, held at Sorrento Beach in WA. &#8220;We both windsurf and surf, and spend as much time as possible on the water. We even went windsurfing on our second date,&#8221; laughs Charlie.<\/p>\n<p>A small party of 26 guests attended the boutique beach wedding.
