{"id":193635,"date":"2015-02-11T13:00:22","date_gmt":"2015-02-11T02:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/content.easyweddings.com\/au\/real-weddings\/romantic-wedding-result-of-epic-dance-moves-from-perth-couple\/"},"modified":"2022-03-16T16:29:48","modified_gmt":"2022-03-16T05:29:48","slug":"romantic-wedding-result-of-epic-dance-moves-from-perth-couple","status":"publish","type":"au-real-wedding","link":"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/real-weddings\/romantic-wedding-result-of-epic-dance-moves-from-perth-couple\/","title":{"rendered":"Romantic wedding result of epic dance moves from Perth couple"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\">Dancing divas\u00a0Cristina Da Silva and Mitchell Allen knew it was love when they caught each other busting a move on a Perth nightclub dancefloor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe caught each other\u2019s eye on a packed dancefloor of the old Harbourside nightclub in Fremantle and hit it off straight away,\u201d says Cristina, 30, of her groom, 29. \u201cMainly due to our equally as epic dance moves.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The then inseparable pair collected an impressive score of experiences including a student lifestyle, living overseas and buying their first home. \u201cEight years after that first night, Mitch proposed back on the dancefloor, this time at the Parmelia Hilton on NYE, surrounded by our friends and 250 other people at the ball,\u201d smiles Cristina. \u201cHe asked during the countdown in 2012, I said &#8216;yes&#8217; in 2013 (into a microphone to everyone \u2013 no pressure!\u201d)<\/p>\n<p>Their romantic wedding in Fremantle included a ceremony at St Patrick\u2019s Basilica and reception at <a title=\"East Fremantle Yacht Club\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/WeddingVenues\/Perth\/EastFremantleYachtClub\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">East Fremantle Yacht Club<\/a> with their 110 guests. Elegant styling with soft florals set the romantic atmosphere. \u201cI was so happy on the night to walk into the reception to all the tables looking just exquisite,\u201d says the bride.<\/p>\n<p>In line with how they met, the couple made sure there was plenty of encouragement for guests to bust a move on the night. \u201cOur guests rocked the dancefloor with us all night. Some dance battles also ensued!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-71365\"
