{"id":193590,"date":"2015-08-03T14:00:19","date_gmt":"2015-08-03T04:00:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/content.easyweddings.com\/au\/real-weddings\/globetrotting-pair-renee-blair-touch-vintage-travel-wedding\/"},"modified":"2022-03-16T17:18:24","modified_gmt":"2022-03-16T06:18:24","slug":"globetrotting-pair-renee-blair-touch-vintage-travel-wedding","status":"publish","type":"au-real-wedding","link":"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/real-weddings\/globetrotting-pair-renee-blair-touch-vintage-travel-wedding\/","title":{"rendered":"Globetrotting pair Renee &amp; Blair touch down for vintage travel wedding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\">After travelling together to 37 countries, Renee Flanagan and Blair Parkinson\u2019s choice of wedding theme was simple.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe decided to go with a vintage travel wedding theme and everything just followed,\u201d Renee, 30, says.<\/p>\n<p>She and Blair, 31, were also keen on a vineyard wedding and fell in love with <a title=\"De Bortoli Winery\" href=\"http:\/\/www.debortoliyarra.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">De Bortoli Winery<\/a>, Dixon Creek, Victoria.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs soon as we drove up the long driveway we knew it was the place for us,\u201d Renee, from Richmond, says.<\/p>\n<p>The couple wed in glorious sunshine on March, 21, 2015, in front of 72 guests.<\/p>\n<p>The De Bortoli restaurant handled the reception in fine style and a photobooth courtesy of<a title=\"In The Booth\" href=\"http:\/\/www.inthebooth.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"> In The Booth<\/a> kept the party going.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was so fun,\u201d Renee says. \u201cLooking back on the photos was hilarious.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After more than a year of <a title=\"Wedding Planners - Easy Weddings\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/WeddingPlanner\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">planning<\/a> to make their wedding perfect, Renee couldn\u2019t be happier.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe sun was shining, all of our closest family and friends were under one roof.
