{"id":193564,"date":"2015-07-06T14:00:16","date_gmt":"2015-07-06T04:00:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/content.easyweddings.com\/au\/real-weddings\/samantha-brendans-classic-church-wedding\/"},"modified":"2022-05-17T16:09:09","modified_gmt":"2022-05-17T06:09:09","slug":"samantha-brendans-classic-church-wedding","status":"publish","type":"au-real-wedding","link":"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/real-weddings\/samantha-brendans-classic-church-wedding\/","title":{"rendered":"Samantha &amp; Brendan celebrate classic church wedding in Melbourne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\">Work Christmas parties are often a chance to embarrass yourself in front of your colleagues, but Samantha O&#8217;Reilly and Brendan Tudor found love.<\/p>\n<p>A little over four years later, and with a beautiful 14-month-old daughter, the pair married in a classic church wedding in their hometown, Melbourne.<\/p>\n<p>Samantha, 27, and Brendan, 29, were wed by the groom&#8217;s uncle, Father Wally Tudor, at St Brigid&#8217;s Church, Carlton North, in front of 150 well-wishers. &#8220;You have discovered you are good to each other and good for each other,&#8221; he\u00a0said during the ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>After photos at Edinburgh Gardens amongst &#8220;dozens of hipster picnickers,&#8221; the newlyweds and their entourage made their way through the streets of Fitzroy to San Remo Ballroom, their reception venue. &#8220;Stunning atmosphere and delicious food,&#8221; praises Samantha.<\/p>\n<p>She adds, &#8220;Our wedding was so special because I married the love of my life in front of all our family, friends and our beautiful daughter Ebony.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>And her final words of advice: &#8220;Eat the cake!
