to murdered bride-to-be Stephanie Scott.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\"><a title=\"Stephanie Scott's memorial held at wedding location\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/blogs\/easy-weddings-blog\/stephanie-scotts-memorial-held-wedding-location\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ms Scott was allegedly killed<\/a> on Easter Sunday in 2015 and was due to be married the same day as Helen and Colin, both aged 30, on April 11. \u201c<\/span>It was an important part of our day to remember Stephanie Scott and her fianc\u00e9e,\u201d says Helen, an emergency nurse. \u201cWe did this by having a dedicated yellow flower arrangement and a one-minute prayer and reflection for her prior to the commencement of our ceremony.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>They married with an elegant country wedding at <a title=\"Lindenwarrah at Milawa\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/WeddingVenues\/Shepparton\/LindenwarrahatMilawa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lindenwarrah Gardens at Milwah<\/a>, Victoria on a perfectly sunny day. \u201cA beautiful touch to the end of the ceremony was having a local bag-piper play as we walked down the aisle \u2014\u00a0a surprise to my Scottish groom,\u201d smiles Helen.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The bride says the gardens location with a priest to marry the pair was a compromise. \u201cIt was important to me to get married in the Catholic Church but I knew Colin [a farmer] wasn&#8217;t that excited for a church wedding,\u201d she says. \u201cWe were very lucky to achieve both our dreams with this by having a Catholic priest who was more than happy to marry us
