{"id":193325,"date":"2016-07-15T21:00:36","date_gmt":"2016-07-15T11:00:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/content.easyweddings.com\/au\/real-weddings\/bowral-beauty-michelle-rheeces-rustic-vintage-wedding\/"},"modified":"2022-03-16T18:40:31","modified_gmt":"2022-03-16T07:40:31","slug":"bowral-beauty-michelle-rheeces-rustic-vintage-wedding","status":"publish","type":"au-real-wedding","link":"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/real-weddings\/bowral-beauty-michelle-rheeces-rustic-vintage-wedding\/","title":{"rendered":"Bowral beauty: Michelle and Rheece&#8217;s rustic vintage wedding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\">After buying their first home together, Michelle\u00a0Spoelder told partner\u00a0Rheece Abrahams to wait at least a year before popping the question.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He didn\u2019t listen (as usual) and\u00a0proposed four months later,&#8221; Michelle says happily.<\/p>\n<p>The Sydney pair, both 25, say planning their rustic vintage wedding went smoothly once they settled on a venue &#8211; Bowral&#8217;s\u00a0Briars Country Lodge.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It\u00a0was the perfect setting for both the ceremony and reception; it has a very simplistic natural\u00a0beauty and an elegant atmosphere both inside and out, which suited us perfectly and\u00a0helped up piece together the perfect mix of a <a title=\"Popular wedding styles explained\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/articles\/wedding-themes-popular-wedding-styles-explained\/\">rustic and vintage wedding<\/a>,&#8221; Michelle says.<\/p>\n<p>The couple&#8217;s florist, who is also a long-time friend, also helped style the big day.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He\u00a0went off our basic colours and ideas and turned them into something spectacular. She teamed the gown with heels from<a title=\"Shoes of Prey\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/WeddingShoes\/Canberra\/ShoesofPrey\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Shoes of
