But Jenni got a huge surprise when she opened the ring box to find it only contained a note saying \u2018fooled you\u2019! \u201cHe thought he was quite the trickster,\u201d laughs Jenni. It wasn\u2019t long until she\u00a0discovered an <a title=\"Five times NOT to wear your engagement ring\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/articles\/times-not-to-wear-your-engagement-ring\/\">engagement ring<\/a> \u2013 frozen inside an ice-cube in a glass of Champagne.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MediumGrid21\">Jenni and Travis, both 32, built their dream home, travelled and enjoyed life before starting a family, and marrying on April 23, 2016.\u00a0The country vintage wedding was an intimate affair with 60 guests, held at the picturesque Lawford\u2019s Orchard \u2013 Jenni\u2019s parents\u2019 property where she grew up. The property gave the day a rustic country feel, as guests mingled amongst tables made from old beer kegs, decorative wagon wheels and stunning bouquets in vases upon old tree stumps. Come nightfall, fairy lights glistened\u00a0above an open-air dance floor, where guests danced to a local solo <a title=\"How to: A beginner's guide to choosing wedding music\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/articles\/beginners-guide-choosing-wedding-music\/\">band<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MediumGrid21\">For Travis, this day meant that he could finally drive the dazzling\u00a0bright blue 1957 Chevy Bel Air he had spent six years restoring! But ultimately, it was having their two young children attend that made their day so special.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MediumGrid21\">\u201cWe had our kids as part of our wedding which we absolutely loved and
