Their outdoor ceremony at <a title=\"Sergeants' Mess\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/WeddingVenues\/Sydney\/SergeantsMess\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sergeants&#8217; Mess<\/a> in Chowder Bay was followed by a reception at the same location with 156 guests. \u201cI broke the family tradition and was the first to have an outdoor ceremony,\u201d explains the bride. \u201cMy mother\u2019s family come from a religious Middle Eastern background and every wedding we go to is in a church.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn some cultures, the wedding can be more about the parents rather than the actual bride and groom themselves. For us, I didn\u2019t want that to be the case,\u201d Bianca explains. It\u00a0turned out to be a worthwhile move, with the family commenting on what a beautiful wedding it was.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony kicked off at 5pm so the bride had <a title=\"How to avoid a wedding day meltdown\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/articles\/how-to-avoid-a-wedding-day-meltdown\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">plenty of prep time<\/a> on the day of her romantic Sydney wedding. Bianca describes the day as perfect, and really has her mum to thank for finding her true love. \u201cLet\u2019s just say, I didn\u2019t get his number, and he didn\u2019t get mine \u2026 my mum
