Self-confessed perfectionist Chloe spent two years planning the big day \u2013 while also <a title=\"Engagement party trends for 2017\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/articles\/engagement-party-trends-for-2017\/\">planning the perfect engagement party<\/a>. \u201cThat was themed \u2018fire and ice\u2019 which went off like a bang \u2013 there was 180 close friends and family dressed in red and white to celebrate,\u201d says Chloe.<\/p>\n<p>Probably the most lush feature of their wedding \u2013 other than the stunning bride of course \u2013 was their cake. \u201cOur 24-carat gold and white Gatsby-themed wedding cake stood the equivalent of 11 tiers high when you counted the amazing fresh flower topper,\u201d smiles
