Three years later James was scheming a proposal. \u201cHe booked a weekend away to Palazzo Versace on the Gold Coast,\u201d explains Nicole. \u201cI didn\u2019t think much of because James would do something romantic on the 14th\u00a0of every month.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But there, after dinner, Nicole was presented with a room full of candles, rose petals, romantic music and a proposal on a Versace post card. \u201cI burst into tears, it was the best moment of my life,\u201d she beams.<\/p>\n<p>They married at their elegant wedding on April 22, 2017 with 140 guests at the <a title=\"Royal Automobile Club of Australia\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/WeddingVenues\/Sydney\/RoyalAutomobileClubofAustralia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Royal Automobile Club of Australia<\/a> in Melbourne. A <a title=\"Wedding hymns for your church ceremony\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/articles\/wedding-hymns\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">church ceremony<\/a> took place beforehand. \u201cIt was the most wonderful day, everything went perfect,\u201d smiles Nicole. \u201cWe were just so happy with our suppliers \u2013 they did an outstanding job.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Photos
