{"id":179907,"date":"2018-08-27T20:00:03","date_gmt":"2018-08-27T10:00:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/content.easyweddings.com\/au\/real-weddings\/jojo-and-luis-wander-melbournes-laneways-for-romantic-city-wedding\/"},"modified":"2022-03-17T02:50:52","modified_gmt":"2022-03-16T15:50:52","slug":"jojo-and-luis-wander-melbournes-laneways-for-romantic-city-wedding","status":"publish","type":"au-real-wedding","link":"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/real-weddings\/jojo-and-luis-wander-melbournes-laneways-for-romantic-city-wedding\/","title":{"rendered":"Jojo and Luis wander Melbourne&#8217;s laneways for romantic city wedding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\">With just 13 guests, Jojo and Luis celebrated their love in their favourite city, Melbourne.<\/p>\n<p>The couple, aged 24 and 26, married at the Old Treasury Building on May 18, 2018 for its \u201cno frills\u201d appeal. \u201cWe are very much city dwellers and spend our weekends exploring <a href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/articles\/melbourne-city-wedding\/\">Melbourne\u2019s laneways<\/a> and enjoying the beautiful architecture,\u201d explains Jojo. \u201cThis is why we decided to get married at the Old Treasury Building, no frills, just us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hailing from two different backgrounds, the couple celebrated their cultures, while keeping everything \u201cintimate and personal to us\u201d. \u201cLike many modern-day couples that come from different backgrounds, we were under a lot of pressure to have a typical wedding,\u201d explains Jojo. \u201cHowever, we felt that it was important to have a wedding that reflected us as a couple.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jojo says the day day was full of \u201cpure happiness and contagious laughter\u201d. \u201cEverything was perfect, perfect for us.
