Kristina and Sam were best friends for \u201cthe longest time\u201d before their relationship blossomed.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe met playing volleyball way back in 2011,\u201d Kristina says.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were friends initially, he pursued me and waited patiently. We finally started dating and it was the best decision I have ever made!\u201d<\/p>\n

Their first date was at Perth Zoo, so when the hunt was on for wedding venues it made sense to return there.<\/p>\n

\u201cSam and I love the zoo so much, with its lush gardens and beautiful marquee for the reception,\u201d Kristina says.<\/p>\n

Ninety friends and family attended the relaxed rustic wedding on January 11, 2020, where the bride says the vibe was chill and fun.<\/p>\n

\u201cObviously I\u2019m completely biased, but it was the most amazing day that I will never forget,\u201d Kristina says.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think my absolute favourite part of the day was that my parents hired the vintage carousel for an hour, canapes and drinks were served around it before heading over to the garden marquee and my guests all got to ride on it multiple times and have so much fun.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy wedding day was absolute magic.\u201d<\/p>\n
