\u201cIn the early days, SEO was a new thing, and I don\u2019t think there was Instagram \u2014 or possibly even Facebook \u2014 back then. Back then, you couldn\u2019t find my website, nobody knew what Enrik Limousines was or where to find us,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re not a car<\/strong> business<\/strong><\/em>, we\u2019re a wedding business<\/strong><\/em>. A lot of people think we\u2019re a wedding car business, but the wedding industry is all about people.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\u201cIf you\u2019re not passionate about people and people\u2019s wedding day, and being surrounded by a lot of happiness, and love and laughter, then you\u2019re probably in the wrong business. The cars are just a means to provide a service for us. It\u2019s all about the service, for us.\u201d<\/p>\n
In the past five years or so, Peter has seen a noticeable increase in the number of wedding car businesses entering the wedding car business \u2013 offering not only limousines, but hot rods, classic cars, and Mustangs too. He and his team have worked hard to maintain its success in a competitive market.<\/p>\n
\u201cCustomer service is the most important consideration. It\u2019s not just saying<\/em> <\/strong>it, it\u2019s about doing<\/em><\/strong> it and being passionate about it. It\u2019s probably one of the things that sets us apart from our competitors in a competitive industry.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<\/p>\n\n
Networking with other wedding industry suppliers is another key way to generate recommendations and secure bookings.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019ve been around for about 18 years, so we\u2019ve built a strong reputation with a lot of different suppliers in the wedding industry \u2014 whether it be venues, celebrants or photographers,\u201d Peter adds.<\/p>\n
When couples enquire with Peter, he always asks about their other suppliers, so he can promote any existing relationships he has with those businesses. Building credibility and reassurance is a proven way he has converted those enquiries into bookings.<\/p>\n
