Firstly, we suggest posting your COVID-safe policies on your website and socials for couples to refer to, and we\u2019ve included some sample text below if you\u2019re struggling to sum everything up.<\/p>\n<h4>Sample text for your COVID-safe plan:<\/h4>\n<p><em>In response to COVID-19 spreading beyond what we could have ever imagined here in Australia, I\u2019ve taken some steps to ensure the safety of myself, my team, and my clients remains a top priority. For your peace of mind, I\u2019m taking all the necessary precautions to help manage my risk so I can be fit and healthy for your wedding, including the following:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Conducting all meetings over the phone or via Zoom<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Minimising our time in large group settings<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Continuing to wear masks and social distancing<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Using rapid antigen tests to ensure we\u2019re negative and safe to attend weddings<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Finding a \u2018wedding buddy\u2019<\/h3>\n<p>Another way to give couples greater peace of mind in the current climate is to partner with a supplier who can be your \u2018wedding buddy\u2019. This should be someone you can rely on as your backup person if you get COVID and can no longer attend a wedding.<\/p>\n<p>If you haven\u2019t already, we suggest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/weddingsuppliernetwork\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">joining the Wedding Supplier Network Facebook group<\/a>. This is a great way to connect with other wedding businesses and reach out for help if you need it.<\/p>\n<h3>Communicating with your couples<\/h3>\n<p>As well as posting your COVID-safe plan on your website and socials, it\u2019s essential to maintain regular, open communication with your couples.
