Unless you’ve been living under a rock (we hope not!) you’ve probably already heard about our new Easy Weddings competition.<\/p>\n

We’re giving all of our couples the chance to win $10,000 just from planning their wedding, whether they want to put it towards their honeymoon, first home deposit, or just a great night out.<\/p>\n

So how does this relate to you, you might ask?<\/p>\n

Well if you’re a supplier listed with Easy Weddings, every single couple who books with you has the chance to enter the competition.<\/p>\n

Here’s how it works…<\/p>\n

How couples can enter<\/h3>\n

Any couple can enter if they’ve booked a supplier who’s onboard with Easy Weddings. It doesn’t matter if they’ve booked through the Easy Weddings website or through your personal site, they’ll still be in the draw to win 10 grand.<\/p>\n

Every supplier booked gets a couple 10 entries into the competition. They can get entries for two suppliers per category (if they’ve booked separate hair and makeup artists for example) and can manage every entry for the competition under the My Suppliers tab in the Planning Tools.<\/p>\n

What you need to do<\/h3>\n

When a couple wants to submit their entries into the competition, they need to confirm that they’ve booked a supplier. This is where you come in.<\/p>\n

You’ll receive an email asking you to confirm whether or not a couple has booked with you. You have the option to approve this if it’s true or deny it if it’s a false entry. It’s as simple as that!<\/p>\n

How can this help you?<\/h3>\n

Our competition is a great way for you to stay in touch with couples who are booking your services, both before and after the wedding date.<\/p>\n

If you’re requesting reviews you can always touch base with a couple to ask for a review and let them know about the competition as well. Or if there’s a couple you haven’t heard from for a while who has requested entries into the competition for approval, you can use that as an opportunity to reach out again.<\/p>\n

Eg: “I received an email for the competition entries and approved these. But I thought it would be a good opportunity to touch base again to see how you found my services on the day…” etc.<\/p>\n

If you have potential couples asking about the competition let them know to head over to our Competition<\/a> page for details, or take a look at My Suppliers<\/a> to see where they can get entries. The good news is that it doesn’t matter if a couple is still planning their wedding or has already had their wedding day – they can enter either way!<\/p>\n
