How to prep your skin for the wedding:

‘In advance of a wedding, any bride or groom will want to establish a skincare regimen that addresses their skin’s needs. Our skin is as diverse and varied as we are, but there are a few fundamentals to consider: hydration, exfoliation, moisturization, and sun protection. Hydration and moisturization are particularly vital because your skin becomes dry, itchy, and irritated when it doesn’t get enough water, none of which are skin priorities for a wedding day!’

“It’s also important to pay attention to how your skin is responding. Life can affect our skin just the way they affect our health as we age, move to different climates, or manage increased stress like planning a wedding. My advice is to pay attention to your skin and how it responds to changes. If you start noticing dryness, perhaps you need a gentler face wash or to add in a heavier moisturizer to help your skin be its best for your big day.”
