Nancy had her heart set on creating a wedding dress different to anything she’d seen before.
“I wanted a unique custom-made gown that was different to most bridal gowns,” she says. “I wanted a mermaid-style dress with waves all through the bottom section, and coming out to a V-shape at the back.” Nancy is a huge fan of crystals, so had pearls and crystals beaded throughout the entire top section. “I loved my gown, I felt like a princess on the day,” she recalls.
The Sydney bride married her beau David on June 9, 2018 with a ceremony at Regina Coeli Catholic Church. A reception at Doltone House – Hyde Park followed for their elegant wedding. “David is a sweetheart. He is always trying his very best to make me happy and always makes me laugh with his sense of humour,” the bride says of her groom.
The couple says their favourite part of the day was when their priest announced them, husband and wife.
