Thailand proposal paves the way for Jojo and Dan’s elegant beach wedding

While Jojo fell in love with Dan’s kindness, strong arms and sense of humour, Dan says he fell in love with Jojo’s beauty and down-to-Earth fun-loving nature. “We balance each other out.”

Dan popped the question while the couple holidayed on an island near Thailand.

“He sprinkled my favourite flowers on the bed and set it up while I drank coconuts on the beach. It was perfect,” says the bride, 27.

In keeping with the relaxed beach theme, Jojo and Dan, 30, celebrated their January 11, 2019 elegant beach wedding with a ‘First Look’, a ceremony overlooking the ocean and a reception at All Smiles Sorrento Ocean Beach in Victoria.

70 guests joined the newlyweds, toasting their eight years as a couple and their future as husband and wife.
