Tayla and Anderson’s romantic Vaucluse House wedding

When Tayla and Anderson began their wedding planning journey, they enlisted the help of our wedding experts at Easy Weddings. The result was a classic, romantic celebration at beautiful Vaucluse House.

“Jasmin from Easy Weddings proved to be a valuable resource, offering invaluable insights and ideas for our wedding preparations, ranging from styling choices to perfecting our run sheets. Her assistance was greatly appreciated in ensuring our wedding day unfolded as envisioned,” explains Tayla.

When Tayla and Anderson initially locked in their wedding date, there was just one problem. They were based in sunny Brisbane, so vetting Sydney suppliers was challenging. “We had a case of decision fatigue when it came to selecting the right suppliers,” reflects the couple. “Having assistance sourcing these supplies unquestionably saved us both time and stress!”

Tayla and Anderson wanted their day to be a unique and romantic celebration with their closest friends and family. On the day, they opted for a first look followed by a combined arrival at the ceremony venue. “We’d highly recommend a First Look to all future brides and grooms,” says Tayla. “It not only resulted in capturing more shots at various locations before the ceremony but also allowed us to share more time with our beloved guests at the reception.”

The bride’s hair and makeup look was created by Inspiring Makeup & Hair , who used glamour waves and a soft, neutral colour palette for a romantic result.

Wedding stylist and floral artist Flowers & Styling by Felicia created a stylish colour palette for the wedding accents with creamy white roses, baby’s breath, and the occasional blush bloom. The wedding cake by Belle Bakes also tied into this understated, romantic wedding theme. “We had a two-tiered cake with red velvet and banana caramel for each layer and it was an absolute hit! We had guests contacting us days later asking if there was any leftovers; it was that delicious,” remembers Tayla.

As the couple and their beloved guests enjoyed the excitement of the day and the beauty of Vaucluse House, Double Shot Music filled the dancefloor and set the mood for an unforgettable celebration.
