In typical Melbourne fashion, Catherine and Luke experienced sunshine, rain, thunder and lightning, all at their rustic vintage wedding.
Nothing could stop Catherine and New Zealand born Luke from having the best time together.
“Our time with our incredible photographers from Perla Photography felt truly magical – especially with the crazy mix of sunshine, rain, as well as thunder and lightning, they nailed it with our photos!” praises the bride of Laura and her team.
After Luke popped the question four years into the relationship, the loved-up couple spent a year celebrating their engagement before getting down to the business of planning their wedding, which took them another twelve months.
“Our priorities with the wedding planning process were to do things our way, respecting the opinions of others, but staying true to ourselves and our vision,” explains Catherine.
Catherine and Luke envisioned a relaxed, intimate and cocktail-style wedding for their outdoor ceremony at Riverstone Estate, Coldstream Melbourne, on March 22, 2019, with 66 guests.
“We couldn’t wipe the smiles off our faces all day and can both honestly say that it was the most incredible day of our lives.”
