An arrival by chopper set the scene for Rhianna Field and Jason Jackson’s lavish vintage country wedding.
Jason, 26, and his groomsmen flew in to historic Ravensthorpe, in Albion Park, NSW, as Rhianna, also 26, and her bridesmaids sipped on bubbly and got ready. “My heart skipped a beat when I saw him hop out of the helicopter, it was such a special moment and he just looked so handsome!” the bride says.
The Penrith couple met when they were both at high school and dated for seven years before Jason proposed. “It was the cutest proposal ever,” recalls Rhianna, “tricking me into believing we were having a photo shoot with his family for his grandmother’s 70th birthday. Little did I know it was just for us.”
They wed in a gorgeous garden ceremony on April 9, 2016, watched on by 112 family and friends. Celebrations continued inside Ravensthorpe’s permanent marquee, styled with vintage chandeliers, brass mirrors and rustic charms.
“The whole wedding was so special, every person that was there were all very special to myself and Jason,” Rhianna says.
“It was about sharing our love with our nearest and dearest, bringing our families together, having my father and step-father both walk me down the aisle, dancing the night away with our friends and embracing every single moment together with so much love around us!”

Jason teamed his classic three-piece suit from InStitchu with patent lace-ups from Roger David.
Amanda La Monica Makeup Artist brought out Rhianna’s natural beauty for the big day.
“We are high school sweethearts, meeting each other at a party I threw at my parents’ house when I was 17 – little did I know that night I would be meeting my future husband!” Rhianna says.
Rhianna chose an elegant up-do to complete her look for the big day.
When it came to their something sweet, the couple opted for an two-tier naked cake.
