Kaitlyn and Zachary spent 22 months planning their rustic wedding — and they did it all whilst Kaitlyn started her first full time job and Zachary studied his Masters in Chiropractic Science.
“To say we didn’t see much of each other is an understatement,” laughs the bride. “And when we did, it was just planning and stress!”
Their efforts were realised when Kaitlyn and Zachary put on the wedding of their dreams on November 23, 2019. The couple, aged 24 and 25, exchanged vows at a traditional church ceremony before heading to Belgenny Farm in Camden South, NSW, for their barn reception.
“Our main focus was to get as many of our friends and family into the same room and share all the love and memories and excitement of the years to come,” explains the bride. “The result was everything a wedding should be — full of love and laughter.”

Sydney hairstylist, Danielle Leigh, created Kaitlyn’s bridal up-do.
Zachary popped the question at the beach! He surprised Kaitlyn with a pathway set up with old photos and candles leading the way to where he was waiting with the ring.
“We got so many comments on how much love was in the room. The day felt like we had one big family surrounding us and blessing our future together.”
Belgenny Farm’s countryside setting was perfect for the rustic theme.
“One of our favourite details was our Kombi Photobooth. It allowed us to get so many photos and memories of our guests on what was a very busy and fast-paced night for us,” says Kaitlyn.
