Holly met love of her life Matthew when she was just 14.
“It took a few months for Matthew (now 26) to win me over, but we have been together ever since,” Holly, 25, says.
Some 3739 days later, according to the bride, Matthew surprised Holly with her dream proposal at the beach.
The Sydneysiders then began planning their classic wedding, setting the date for October 13, 2018.
The traditional ceremony was held at St Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Ryde before the show-stopping reception at glamorous venue, Taronga Centre.
Incredible flower arrangements took centre stage, along with the iconic view.
“I wanted guests to walk in and be blown away with the gorgeous Taronga view and the breathtaking flowers created by Anna Wang,” Holly says.
“I absolutely loved my wedding day and wish I could relive it a million times over.
“It was the best day of my life – I married my childhood sweetheart in the most beautiful location with the best views Sydney has to offer.”

“It was my dream proposal. I tackled him to the floor, almost making him drop the ring,” Holly says of her Waldermar Jewellers sparkler.
“We have been through everything together- two university degrees, two shoulder reconstructions, a knee surgery and the ups and downs of football. But we have always supported and motivated each other to obtain our dreams,” Holly says.
Matthew suited the classic theme in his tux from Bentex Suits.
