Angela and Craig, aged 29 and 34, were together almost a decade before sealing the deal at their coastal rustic wedding.
The Cronulla couple married at Bush Bank in Kiama Heights on September 9, 2017. “It’s a cute little privately owned farm located halfway between Kiama and Gerringong with a lovely owner who is always buzzing around,” explains Angela. “We chose this venue because we believed it was the best best of both worlds; coastal meets country. Both relaxing locations represent our relaxing personalities – well, my husband’s anyway,” laughs the bride.
But before things could get underway, Angela had an emergency appointment at the local dentist to fix a cracked tooth she got from eating a chewy lolly! “Despite this, it was the best day,” she smiles. “With very limited budgets, we slaved away with DIY projects including, name cards, seating charts, wishing well signs, entrance sign and try to add as little as possible to what was already such a breathtaking location,” says Angela. “We wed under the permanent arbour with the farm at our feet and the ocean on the horizon.”

“I borrowed my veil and hair comb from my sister,” says the bride.
Angela describes their rings as “simple and elegant”.
While the bridal party had photos, the guests played lawn games.
“This day was everything I could have imagined,” smiles the bride.
