After clicking with each other online, Con and Jimmy made the leap into real life.
“After a few weeks of chatting to each other and exchanging pics (G rated!), both of us decided that the other person probably wasn’t a murderer or a psychopath and we decided to meet for drinks,” Con explains.
“We mustn’t have scared each other off too much, because we arranged to meet up again for what you would call a first date.”
“After that night I knew I wanted to keep seeing this boy as it just felt ‘right’, and over the next few days no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t get rid of the silly grin from my face, not to mention the butterflies.”
Fast forward a few years and a long weekend trip to Tassie took a romantic turn when Jimmy popped the question overlooking Wineglass Bay.
For their romantic wedding, the Melburnians stuck to the city they love and not far from the streets where they had their first dates.
About 130 friends and family joined the couple at Encore St Kilda for their romantic wedding on September 27, 2019.
An experienced team of vendors brought the couple’s vision to life and photos taken on the city streets gave the romantic wedding a decidedly Melbourne flavour.
