It took just a few dates for Kasey to make some major life changes to be with Chris.
The pair met at Brisbane’s Ekka show, while Kasey, 26, was living on the Gold Coast and Chris, 25, in Sydney. “We went on a total of four dates before I decided to move to Sydney to be with him,” smiles Kasey. “After three years of living in Sydney we decided to make the move back to the sunny Gold Coast to start out lives together.”
They married at their elegant rustic wedding on February 18, 2018 with 65 guests. A ceremony and reception at Osteria in Casuarina was among lush gardens, perfectly matched with the bride’s choice of stunning floral arrangements.
The bride’s breathtaking lace gown from Pearl Bridal wasn’t just beautiful, but practical. “My dress was amazing, so comfortable and made me feel like a princess,” explains Kasey. Her only regret on the day was not hiring a videographer. “Everything else was perfect.”

Kasey was thrilled with how well the floral arrangements turned out.
The groom headed to Peter Jackson and Roger David for his wedding outfit.
Osteria is a restaurant with a venue out the back, located in NSW near the QLD border.
Kasey says their wedding was the “most perfect” day of their lives.
“The team at Figtree Photography is amazing,” praises the bride. “They are so easy to work with and we loved every minute of it.”
