Groom Stefan left the intricacies of wedding planning to the experts — his bride, Sarah, and her mum.
“My mum and I have a really close relationship and she loves doing anything that involves organisation and girly things,” explains Sarah. “I’m a girly girl — a genetic trait from my mum — so I wanted a traditional and elegant wedding, with the romantic dress and the fluffy flowers, despite the current trends.”
Thanks to collective efforts, everything came together for the high school sweethearts on July 6, 2019. The winter’s day began with a beautiful church ceremony at Our Lady of Victories Horsley Park, and ended with a reception for 250 guests held at Ottimo House Denham Court Estate, NSW.
“Our wedding was the biggest celebration of love I have ever encountered. Looking around the room throughout the night and seeing 250 smiling faces was the biggest honour for myself and Stefan. We felt humbled by the happiness of our family and friends all day, and celebrated with a big party.”
