We had an unforgettable experience from the moment we arrived, the staff are very welcoming and taken care of. Their attention to detail was exceptional.
Wonderful experience! Stayed at the top end Bird's Nest Villa and was not disappointed. Hotel crew was super attentive and made sure guests were pampered at all times.
It was a very unique hotel, and I think the price was reasonable for the great service we received. You get a personal assistant who orders carts to take you around the hotel and assistance with ordering breakfasts and transporting many wedding guests, photographers etc., and late night requests.
