Darcy has led the Easy Weddings and Venue Crew B2C Sales team for the past 5 years, implementing all sales processes and B2C systems used with great success and benchmark conversion rates in her team across connection, site inspection and booking conversions. Prior to Easy Weddings Darcy was the Sales Manager at Park Hyatt Melbourne and she has also worked at a number of Melbourne's leading venues including Showtime Event Group and National Trust of Australia (Victoria) properties. Darcy is passionate about wedding sales and keen to share her knowledge and wisdom across 10+ years in the Wedding industry.

Lauren is a highly driven and well-rounded leader in the wedding and events industry with over fifteen years of experience, specialising in venue sales excellence and developing industry-leading training programs that elevate sales performance across premium venues. Her expertise spans both in-house and consultancy roles with leading venues including Leonda By The Yarra, Food & Desire, Bramleigh, Abbotsford Convent, San Remo Ballroom and many more. As a sought-after sales strategist and founder of her own successful consultancy, Lauren works with Australia's premier venues and hospitality groups, developing comprehensive sales frameworks and training programs. Her expertise has been recognised with multiple awards, including Ausmumpreneur Victorian Business Excellence and Marketing Expert of the Year. Lauren is passionate about empowering sales teams with authentic selling and marketing techniques and shares her extensive industry knowledge through workshops and mentoring programs.
