We all need something to look forward to, particularly now, and your wedding is an amazing event to aspire to when this is all over.

Aries (March 21 – April 19)
The Ceremony
If you’re an Aries you’re likely already commiserating about the birthday celebrations that will not be, and we feel for you. But Aries’ are bold, ambitious and audacious and we know that you’re going to be able to bounce-back into anything you face.
If you’re an Aries who likes a focus on you and isn’t afraid of a challenge, then start by planning the big one. Your wedding ceremony.
More than half of all couples say their wedding ceremony is the most important part of their day. After all, it’s where you actually get married! Start your planning by reaching out to marriage celebrants to discuss how they personalise a ceremony to you.
Many celebrants are transitioning to video conferences to discuss your day so you don’t need to feel like you’re missing out. Get a sense of your celebrant’s personality and discuss your vows and plans online.
Taurus (April 20 – May 20)
Catering or Cakes
The Taurus is the first earth sign in the zodiac and despite being represented by the bull, also enjoys the aesthetics of everyday life. A focus on the senses; sight, taste, smell, sound and touch will help guide your wedding planning journey.
We recommend planning your wedding catering or wedding cake while in isolation. Not only can you discuss the flavours and aromas you want around your day, but also the display and visuals.
Will you be going for a set three-course meal? A cocktail gathering? Or a grazing table aesthetic around your theme? How many tiers will your cake have? And of course, what flavour will it be?
Many catering services are currently offering home delivery so you can still get a taste of their produce ahead of making a decision. Some bakers will also be able to do the same with cake tastings. You can also order yourself a birthday cake to celebrate in isolation while getting the wedding cake tasting experience you’ve always imagined.
Gemini (May 21 – June 20)
Your ultimate to-do list
Gemini’s are known for being busy in life pursuing everything and looking to tick everything off their bucket list. And as a Gemini myself I can attest that this is true! If you’re a fellow Gemini who likes law, order (and of course lists) then it’s time for the ultimate list. Your wedding to-do list!
Now is the time to take to step back and look at everything you want to achieve for your wedding. Look at what you can organise and what you can do without. Cancer (June 21 – July 22)
The venue
Cancer’s have the ability to exist in both emotional and material realms which makes searching for a wedding venue in isolation the perfect planning task for you.
Your wedding venue is about the actual space as well as the atmosphere it will create on your wedding day. Look at different venues and how they can set up their space to get a feel for the aesthetic.
Despite not being open at the moment, many venues are still operating in some capacity. Get in touch with your fave spaces and have a chat with your venue or event coordinator about your wedding day. They might even be able to give you a live video walkthrough of the space so you get a feel for it as if you were really there!
Leo (July 23 – August 22)
Your dress or suit
Leo’s are represented by the lion, who we know is the king of the jungle. And what should you be on your wedding day other than the king or queen you deserve to be? Of course, the royal treatment also comes down to your royal wardrobe, so Leo’s in isolation take a look at your wedding dress or formal wear!
Online galleries will be your best friend as you take a look at gowns or suits that will fit in with your aesthetic and style. Particularly for dresses, take a look at what shape of dress suits you and makes you feel more comfortable when you’re looking online.
Make sure you get in touch with bridal and formal wear stores about what they have in stock that you like. Even though you might not be able to visit them just yet, they can show you particular outfits in more detail and answer questions you might have about design. They’ll also be able to discuss ordering time frames with you so your perfect dress or suit is ready to try on in-store when we’re allowed out of the house again!
Virgo (August 23 – September 22)
The budget
Virgo’s are pretty down-to-earth, practical and can sometimes be a bit of a perfectionist. So what’s more down-to-earth in your wedding planning than your budget?
Your budget is an important piece of any wedding planning journey, whether you’re in isolation or not. You need to make sure your dream wedding isn’t going to mean sacrificing on other dreams. It’s about compromising where you need to and splashing out where you want to.

Libra (September 23 – October 22)
Styling, theme and colours
Did you know that Libra is the only sign in the zodiac represented by an inanimate object? The scales represent the Libra love for balance and harmony. So we know you’ll love balancing out your wedding theme, colours and style for your big day.
This is one of the fun parts of your day and can take you down the rabbit-hole of Pinterest inspiration and Instagram. Look at what theme or style you want for your day and what elements you like from other weddings. Play around with what looks good together and what decorations will suit together.

Scorpio (October 23 – November 21)
Music and Entertainment
Scorpio’s can often be misunderstood. You know what else is misunderstood; the Nutbush. You either love it or you hate it!
If you’re wedding planning in isolation then take a look at what music or entertainment you want for your wedding day to reflect the passion and power of your Scorpio nature. Think about your ceremony music or your first dance. Consider whether you’d like a live band, acoustic soloist or a DJ. What about other entertainment?
Many bands will have video examples of their work so you can get a vibe for their music. DJs are also good at putting out wedding playlists of most popular songs to give you a feel for your day as well as keep you occupied during isolation.
Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)
Cars or Transport
As a Sagittarius you might often find that you’re on a quest or journey for something. So why not think about the journey you’ll be taking on your wedding day?
Your wedding transport will determine how you arrive in style to your ceremony or reception. Think about how many people you’ll have in your wedding party to determine the best mode of transport for you.
Many car vendors will be able to send you details and photos about their services online so this is a great task to get locked in while you’re in isolation.
Capricorn (December 22 – January 19)
Your Photographer
Capricorns are apparently very skilled at navigating the realms of material and emotional. One of the big emotional memories you want to be able to look back on are your wedding photos, and the skill of your wedding photographer will come into play here.
Take a look at online galleries and different photographers to see what style you like. A good photographer can convey the emotion of a wedding in their photos. Look at details such as real weddings or wedding galleries of your photographer to see the emotion of an entire wedding.
It’s also important to know that you get along with your photographer as you’re going to be spending a lot of the day with them. Photographers work with equipment all day and are generally pretty tech-savvy so line up a video chat to set up a meeting.
Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)
Wedding Flowers
The Aquarius star sign is represented by the ‘water bearer’. This ‘mystical healer’ is known to bestow water or life upon the land. And what do we know that is earth-bound and thrives in the rain? Flowers.
Your wedding flowers can be anything from your bouquet or button-holes to your centrepieces or statement focus. We particularly love floral arbours at the moment.

Finally, the Pisces. Pisces is the last star sign and known to have absorbed every lesson from the other signs. Take the experience and knowledge of your wedding and use it to put together a guest list and seating chart to knock your guests’ socks off.
Factor in who the most important people for your day are. Look at who needs to be seated where. Can plus-ones be invited? The guest list is usually a challenging task for many and will keep you occupied while you’re in isolation.
