It seems one of actress Nicole Kidman’s biggest roles of late has been playing Mother of the bride.
In what is a world exclusive, Australia’s Woman’s Day magazine is reporting that Nic’s eldest daughter Bella, a UK-based hairdresser, has married.
Bella, whom Nicole and ex-husband Tom Cruise adopted in 1992, married in a hush-hush ceremony in London on September 18 at the city’s Dorchester Hotel.
The wedding took place in front of just a handful of close friends but no family was present.
The bride, 22, married British IT consultant Max Parker. The couple are believed to have been introduced by mutual friends and began dating earlier this year.
Bella is a follower of Scientology and her new husband is not.
Bella’s father, Tom, and brother, Connor, who was adopted by Kidman and Cruise in 1995, were not present at the nuptials, however, it is believed Tom, who is fully supportive of the relationship, paid for the wedding.
Tom and Nicole divorced in 2001. Nicole married country singer Keith Urban in 2006, the same year Tom married actress Katie Holmes.
