For those after something a little more modern and intimate, the Establishment Ballroom is the epitome of New York loft cool. Nestled in the centre of Sydney, guests can get their tipple from a plethora of bars before celebrating late into the night.

Mr. Wong
If you’re after modern fusion, Mr. Wong elevated Cantonese cuisine will be exciting, unique, and guaranteed to leave a lasting impression on your guests. The menu is a taste journey, and this meal will be remembered for those not initiated into Chinese flavours. Executive Chef Dang Hong has included the crowd-favourite kingfish sashimi, luxurious garlic butter prawns and the ever-popular deep-fried ice cream on the menu.
Dan Hong spoke about paring down the menu and making it event-suitable, but still with that Mr. Wong edge.
“I wanted to make sure that we offered a lot of the signature dishes of Mr. Wong [and] that we’d be able to execute them at a very large scale for the weddings, at the same high standard that we expect at Mr. Wong,” Dan explains.

Totti’s
Perhaps Sydney’s most Instagrammed restaurant, Totti’s brings modern Italian to the next level. Designed as the ultimate antipasto share platter style, the Totti’s event menu includes an abundance of tasty dishes that celebrate some of Sydney’s freshest ingredients. From a divine selection of seafood to Totti’s house made bread, this Mediterranean feast is a colourful, playful, and exciting option for modern couples.
Felix
If you’re looking for a twist on the tradition, Felix offers menu staples with French flare. With entrees that include a tuna crudo and beef carpaccio, this is the only alternative drop offering instead of family style. The options are for all tastes, with a dry-aged duck, roast beef tenderloin, seared salmon and gnocchi, the expansive menu is made for the cousins from out of town, your traditional grandmother, and all the guests in between!
