Dual Brownlow medallist Gary Ablett Jnr. has announced his engagement to girlfriend Jordan Papalia on social media.
Ablett, who is skipper of the Gold Coast Suns AFL team, posted the image below to his Instagram and Twitter accounts with the caption, “How stunning is my fiance?” The sentence was topped off with a wink and an icon of a sparkling diamond ring.

Ablett’s team posted a note of congratulations on their Facebook page and, in the few hours since the announcement, it had already received more than 3500 likes.
The couple have been dating since 2013 and, though there’s no wedding date, we imagine it will be after the other big day in September!
