Page boy Briggs Fussy first walked down the aisle with flower girl Brittany in 1995. Twenty years later, they walked down the aisle as man and wife!
The happy couple, from Minnesota in the United States, hadn’t seen each other since the 1995 wedding, but were unwittingly reunited at university. Of course, neither realised they had not only met before, but they had walked down the aisle together![ew-supplier-carousel]
It wasn’t until Brittany spotted a family photo of herself and a very familiar-looking page boy that she started to wonder if it could have been the cute chap at school.
It was!
“She turned around one day in class and said ‘I think I have a picture of you on my wall at home,’” the new groom told Fox 9.
“It’s funny how God’s plan came into place. I didn’t even know her before she turned around in class and told me that.”
“It’s fun to have something special like that to look back on,” said the new Mrs Fussy.
The page boy and flower girl at the couple’s wedding are cousins, so, “it’s not going to be the same story” this time around, the groom adds.
