How cute do actors Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick look in this snap, from their September 1988 wedding?
Kevin uploaded the never-before-seen black-and-white shot to his WhoSay profile late last year, so we’re surprised it’s taken this long to surface but we’re so glad to have stumbled across it.
The caption reads, “A child says ‘I do’ even though her boy is sporting a mullet.’
The couple met in 1988 on the set of Lemon Sky and, we’re thrilled to report that, 25 years after their big day, Kev and Kyra are still happily married and have two gorgeous kids, one of whom is, herself, an actress.
Oh, and Kevin ditched the mullet long ago!
One look at the picture below shows that the two still adore each other.
We wonder if it has anything to do with Kevin’s rather sage marriage advice: “You have to keep the fights clean and the sex dirty.”
Indeed, Mr Bacon! We’ll keep that in mind.
