If you want a wedding that’s close to home but still has a serene setting, Bramleigh Estate is the perfect choice.
Set on the Warrandyte River in the picturesque Yarra Valley, this 10-acre venue blends its tranquil bush backdrop with modern and elegant interiors; and all only 20 minutes north-east of the CBD.
Why is Bramleigh Estate so special?
Bramleigh Estate isn’t your typical wedding venue. Yes, it’s set on a stunning stretch of land and manned by a small yet dedicated team, but Bramleigh Estate is much more than that. Emily Allan, Sales Manager believes that because Bramleigh caters to such a range of clients, they’ve created a deep commitment to making every couple’s day unique.
One day they might be setting up for an intimate ceremony surrounded by white roses and soft draping material, while the next night they’ll host a 300-guest wedding with lion dancers, flowing dry ice and pyrotechnics. Being able to bring their couple’s vision to life within the beautiful canvas of Bramleigh Estate is something the team prides itself on.
Moments you’ll never forget
When it comes to unique wedding ceremonies, Emily’s seen (and helped create) a lot. But out of all these unforgettable moments, there’s one that still gives her goosebumps. She recalls one couple that wanted to create an elegant yet still fun night. The couple hired a violin and cello duo to serenade guests during dinner while a delicate ballet dancer spun around on the dance floor. At the end of the performance, the dancer led everyone outside to a jaw-dropping fire-twirling display. It’s one wedding she was absolutely wowed by and will never forget.
This just shows how detailed the personal touches at Bramleigh Estate can be, as well as how far the team will go to help create an enchanting night that represents each individual couple.
Planning made easy
Let’s be honest: wedding planning is a bit overwhelming. But at Bramleigh Estate, the team is here to make things easy. Emily loves listening to each couple speak about what’s most important to them. It could be a special cocktail made with their favourite things, or a quiet space for an outfit change and moment together during the flurry of the night. Whatever it is, she wants to be there to make sure all the newlyweds at Bramleigh can enjoy their night – and the months leading up to it.
Emily’s helped a lot of couples organise their dream days. Her top tip for couples is to remember to enjoy the process. The wedding isn’t just about the day itself: it starts when you get engaged. Going to tastings, visiting venues, and making decisions together in the start of that next chapter in life is something most don’t get to do again. So remember to enjoy those little moments along the way. And at the end of the day, it’s all about celebrating your love. Don’t sweat the small stuff; that’s what the team at Bramleigh is here for!
Dance the night away
What’s a wedding party without a song that gets every single person out on the dance floor? If you’re looking for those songs that everyone can’t help but dance to, Emily’s top contender is always Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance with Somebody”. In her eyes, it’s a timeless hit that no one can’t help but sway to.
Ready for a romantic night to remember?
If you’re looking for a venue that’s more than just a pretty interior (although they have that too!), there’s no better place to start than Bramleigh Estate. With a team that’s experienced and dedicated to making your vision come to life, this venue is ready to create a celebration you won’t forget.
