How do we book you and can you hold our date?

You just need to fill out a booking form on our website www.wedding-livestream.com.au and we will check that we have the date available.

If the date is available, we'll send you a quote where you can pick which package and add-on features you would like.

Our services are offered on a first come first served basis but we will hold your chosen date whilst you decide which package and add-on's you would like.

Once you have accepted our quote and paid your 25% deposit your date will be secured and we will turn away other enquiries for that date.

How do you capture the audio?

Our preferred method of capturing audio is connecting into the celebrant or venues sound system plus an on camera mic as backup.

The alternative is to have wireless lapel mics on the groom and the celebrant.

Once you have booked a package, we will ask you to provide us with your venue or celebrants contact details once you have them available so that we can make sure we can easily capture the best quality audio of your ceremony.

We would like to add our reception speeches and first dance, is this possible?

YES! We have created a simple hourly add-on for reception coverage when booked with a ceremony live stream. This is a great add-on for those who want to capture reception speeches and the first dance for online guests who can't make it on the day.

Getting Dave onboard was seriously one of the best decisions we made with regards to getting suppliers in. Friends and family interstate and overseas were able to watch the ceremony live which was really special for us, as some of our relatives were sick and could not make it in person. We were able to access the recording the day after the wedding and download it and watch it with our family again too. The quality of the recording is amazing and you see interactions you don't other wise see on the day. I know we will appreciate the recording even more as the years go on.

How long does it realistically take to get your wedding video back?

This is one of the BEST features of booking a live stream for your wedding... You get the replay immediately and a cleaned up download to keep within a couple of days.

Some of our couples have even told us that they watched their wedding on their wedding night!

Usually videographers take anywhere between 4 - 12 weeks and if they have a super busy season it could be even longer so having a live stream where your guests can not only view live but also have a copy to watch while you wait for your full video from the videographer is a great investment and something worth looking at too.

What do we need to consider when choosing a videographer to film our day?

When considering someone to cover your day there are a few points you might want to think about.

Do you want a highlight video to share on social media, a recording of the ceremony or purhaps a live stream too so distant friends and family can watch? Deciding what end product is most important to you will help you narrow down your search.

How much of your day do you want covered? Videographers normally offer packages based on hours covered. This can impact the runsheet for the day if you need to have first dance done earlier in the night before the videographer finishes for example.

Filming style, audio clarity and ability to craft a story. Watching examples from your shortlisted videographers is very important.
