Hi, I would like to know if wedding venues usually have a changing room where we can change our clothes? And if not, what do you suggest?

Yes we do! We have a bridal room that you and your bridal party can use. We also have large onsie toilets and change rooms.
At the Plaza Ballroom, we include a bridal suite in our Wedding packages for the couple and their bridal party. We set up mirrors, a coat rack to store spare outfits and comfortable lounge furniture in the room. The bridal suite is accessibe by the couple and their bridal party prior to guest arrival on the night of the Wedding, where they will be served canapes and beverages by their own dedicated bridal waiter. After formalities begin, you're welcome to use one of our secondary bridal rooms closer to the reception area throughout the night, if you wish to change or take a quiet moment away from the festivites.
Hi. We don't have a change room as such. Our amenities are enough to change in or we do have nooks and crannies brides have hidden in the past.
Thank you
Our venue provides th option to book a room to get ready in or to stay - it would just depend on each individual place and what the couple want to do for their day
At Cathies Lane Receptions we have private rooms for our Couples to get changed, rest or freshen up. We also serve Hot drinks, Canepes and Refreshments to our Bridal Couples. This allows you time and privacy away from your guests.
Hello, our venue has a VIP suite which our couples use to change, leave their belongings and freshen up. It's also a great space to use if you want a quiet moment or to enjoy some canapes with your wedding party before joining the party! It's a great question to ask when you're having a site inspection through a potential venue.
Typically brides and their bridesmaids are the last to arrive at the venue for the ceremony and get ready privately and at their accommodation. However, it is becoming increasingly common for the bride to change into a party dress at some point during the celebrations. For this reason, my venue has recently installed a Bridal Retreat room for this purpose, to touch up makeup, keep a spare change of shoes and maybe a jacket or just a space where an overwhelmed bride can escape to. Every venue is different, and you should add this to your venue checklist when doing your inspection tour.
