HI Cheryl,
At Riverside Oaks we host both Ceremony and Reception on our golf Course however they are not both in the same location, therefore this will not be an issue. I welcome you to a site inspection at your coinvinence, so you can get a better idea of what we have to offer.
Hi Cheryl,
Thanks for the question. Feel free to give us a call and we would be delighted to show you around the property to hold your full wedding at the RACA.

Hello Cheryl, It might be easier to discuss over the telephone so please feel free to contact us directly on 03 9760 3326. However in short we would do drinks service in a different spot, i.e. pre function area while you take photos. Hope this answers your question.
Hi Cheryl,
First of all Happy Planning!
It helps if the reception is an exclusive one function venue. At Lauriston House we offer an outdoor garden ceremony. Our brand new gardens offer the ideal setting for your marriage ceremony, wedding photos or pre-dinner drinks. Make a breath-taking entrance to your ceremony by walking down the 60-foot aisle from the house to the Victorian wrought-iron gazebo, past the beautiful cherry blossoms and exquisite fountain.
if the weather seems unhappy on the day we move the ceremony to our large foyer, you would marry in front of the fire place. In our experience, we wouldn't recommend marrying in the same room as your reception for two reasons 1) photos and 2) it wouldn't look pretty walking down an aisle with set tables.
Hope this helps
Warm Regards,
Chriso George
Hi Cheryl,
Sorry about the delayed response and thank you so much for your question. We are complete flexible in what you may need. We can set the room before the ceremony so that everything is out and ready to go as soon as you have finished the ceremony.
Would you like to come in for an inspection?
Warm Regards,
Ali
Hello Cheryl,
The Holroyd Centre events team would love the opportunity to discuss our 'Ceremony to Celebration' offers available at our venue and also at our Outdoor Garden Ceremony Venue. Please contact us on our storefront and lets plan your special day with you. Regards.
1. After the wedding if there is an option of an outdoor area you could have some outdoor games or if no outdoor area available to create this option inside.
2. Use the ceremony area as the cocktail area and dance floor
3. Look at having a photo booth or guest photo opportunities at one section of the room to allow for changes.
4. Cocktail style reception with bar tables and stools..... this could be in corporated into the ceremony if the space if small
Hi Cheryl,
Thank you for your enquiry with Bells Functions!
Regrettably we only offer receptions at Bells, not ceremonies
Thank you!

The changeover can be tricky as a lot of factors are in place.
We'd recommend picking a venue with two event spaces so both of your events are in the same location but not at the same spot.
Balgownie Estate has a Marquee and a Deck both showcasing our vineyards which guests usually prefer for their ceremony and later have the reception in one of our reception rooms with glass windows overlooking vineyards.
