No, our venue is open as a cafe 7 days per week, which makes it easy to drop in for a coffee and a quick walk around. Our expert cafe staff love to show people around our beautiful venue!
If you would like to have a chat with our fantastic events team, you'll have to book an appointment during their business hours. Our wedding team are onsite from Tuesday to Saturday every week
Fine Spun Group at The Woolshed have developed a reputation for our larger than life grazing tables. They are the best way to greet your guests and getting the celebration started!
Our Signature Grazing Tables feature our chef's selection of antipasto and cheese platters, cracker and made dips nestled in between hand made arancini and savoury pastries.
If your preferred date is available you can book as soon as you like. Most couples book 12 months – 18 months in advance to secure their preferred date.

We certainly do!
Our venue hire includes our hanging festoon and fairy lights, decorative lighting features and rustic pieces scattered throughout. We will set your tables with a hessian runner, wooden logs, votive and tealight candles, white linen napkins and personalised menus.
Don't forget you are also more than welcome to utilse our rustic wooden wishing well, wine barrel cake stand, easels and stand-frames and of course large wooden LOVE sign.
The Woolshed, Yallah has a strict ‘no open flame’ policy. Tapper candles and sparklers are strictly prohibited, votive candles (tealight candles) and pillar are allowed so long as they are encased in glass. These safety measures have been implemented due to the venue primarily being constructed of wood. Any queries please liaise with Fine Spun management.
Your dedicated Wedding Coordinator will organise a meeting with you 5 weeks prior to your wedding.
This meeting is our chance to discuss all the finer details of your wedding including your menu, chosen entertainment, decorations, room layout and the schedule of your dream wedding day!
All our wedding packages have a duration of 5 hours, this 5 hour package starts from when your guests arrive at our venue. This time is discussed and agreed upon with you and venue management. Venue time extension are permissable, please see event manangement for more information.

From the first email you will be in contact with your personal Wedding Coordinator. Your coordinator will look after you during the inital booking process, planning your ceremony and reception, getting you down the aisle and your all important first dance! We believe that your wedding day should be seemless and having one professional coordinator throughout your day is key to achieving this
We will take care of your guests as soon as they set foot in the door.
As they enter into the amibent lighting of our cafe they will be greeted by our experienced event staff with drinks and directed to our Signature Grazing Table laden with to enjoy while they await the happy couple to make their way to the venue. Once you arrive onsite (did we mention the private bridal room?!) your guests will be invited to take their seats under our twinkly fairy lights in the auditoruim while you prepare for your grand entrance as husband and wife.

We are having a cocktail reception at a wine bar in Las Vegas and would like to get a timeline of events. Reception is from 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Hors d'oeuvres and cocktails will be served, along with cake and champagne for the toast. Help

At The Woolshed we offer our wedding couples a 3-4 hour canape service. We love the idea of including a grazing table at the beginning of the wedding to help fill up your guests. Generally once the canapes slow up and finish it will leave 1 - 1 1/2 hrs of dancing.
