With the capacity to host over 100 Guests, at Mackay Resort Motel we limit numbers to just 35 so we can provide great service with a professional, personal attitude from start to finish. We understand a Wedding is a highly personal expression of taste and we work with you to ensure your day is just as magical as you have dreamed.

The Blue Room

Our Venue is yours for the weekend. Fully refurbished and completely soundproof, the Blue Room, combined with our Restaurant, caters to up to 35 Guests very comfortably. Table configurations can be tailored to your requirements, and catering packages can be created to suit you and your budget.

Poolside

Keep things casual in our stunning Poolside entertainment area adjacent to the restaurant and bar. Let us create an amazing outdoor BBQ feast and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, flexible configuration, and stunning photos with views of the sparkling Resort style swimming pool. Your Guests will talk about this one forever and the children will love being a part of the party.

My husband and I have owned and operated Motels since 2003 and obviously love the industry. Mackay Resort Motel is our pride and joy and offers us the opportunity to showcase our Property to couples, so we can take away the stress of finding the perfect venue for your special occasion. This is what I love to do ... seeing excitement on Guest's faces when everything goes to plan. My profile photo was taken at our daughter's wedding in 2015 and captures that look I strive for.

Our Luxury King Spa Suite offers a king size bed, 2 person spa and plenty of room for getting ready on your special day. All regular Motel services offered including hairdryer, iron and ironing board and fresh milk, tea & Coffee. Mini bar is ice cold for your arrival.
