The Holroyd Centre provides a whole range of Wedding packages from the basic and economical (Essentials Package) to the more elaborate and inclusive Diamond Package.
All of our packages provide you with the option of a formal seated A La Carte Lunch or Dinner to Buffet style dining and cultural extravaganza all with professional service staff to provide you and your guests with the opportunity to enjoy your special occasion.
For real peace of mind our highly experienced management team can take care of every detail. We can arrange theming of the Grand Foyer and reception room.
We organise the Limousines, Photographer, Flowers, DJ, entertainment, food preparation, table decorations, gifts for the guests, Audio-Visual equipment, Lighting, Bridal Change Room and even a Chauffeur driven “getaway” to the honeymoon hotel

We have a few indoor options at the Holroyd Centre including Our Rooms our grand-staircase in our magnificent foyer or alternatively our private courtyard would suit a small group for your outdoor wedding ceremony. The stunning Holroyd Gardens Rotunda is another venue located approximately 2 – 3 minutes drive from the Holroyd Centre. Please speak with our Wedding Functions and Event team for pricing and availability.
Yes you are able to find and book your own get-away car option.
We negotiate with operators prepared to offer discounts and incentives simply because you have selected The Holroyd Centre, so please feel free to request a get-away car to be included as an addition to your wedding reception package.
We offer an amazing variety of designs and fillings, all at a fraction of the cost of retail, however, yes you may use your own Cake Artist to design, make and deliver your Wedding Cake.
Our chefs are highly experienced, knowledgeable and skilled. They can create a menu specifically catering to special dietary requirements. For example menu items that cater to vegetarians, vegans, Celiacs and other food intolerance and allergies.
Yes we can book and arrange a DJ for your Wedding. Some of our Wedding packages already include a DJ as part of the package. For packages that do not already include a DJ, you can request to have this added to your package or alternatively you may arrange your own DJ for your Wedding Reception at our venue.

Cocktail Wedding Venues on the East Coast that let you BYO catering (cheese & meats grazing table)?
We're looking to have a wedding with around 100 guests in a cocktail setting (no sit down meals etc.). We want to bring in an external company to do an amazing cheese and meats grazing table (that can easily be done by a registered caterer if need be) and then do drinks through the venue as well as potentially canapes as well. We know some venue's supply grazing tables but we're really after something quite extravagant hence the external caterer. We're based in Sydney but are really not fussy about time of year or destination as long as it's on the east of Australia (QLD, NSW and VIC) and a venue that's indoors (or at least has an indoor area in case it rains). Does anyone know venues who would allow this or know whether it is a viable option at all? Thank you!

From our experience Cocktail Weddings' have a great atmosphere, with guests interacting with each other and mingling. It is a lovely and social way to celebrate. Our venue can produce amazing and inspired grazing table spreads along with service of canapes and then on the flip-side we also have options for clients to provide their own caterers, however, this will need to be discussed with our team as conditions do apply - caterers do not have access to kitchen facilities.
As we are a licensed venue and to ensure RSA, all beverages must be purchased from us. Our Holroyd Centre events team looks forward to an opportunity to hear from you and meet with you to provide a complimentary private tour of our venue.
How to make your ceremony and reception work in one location?
Im planning to have both my ceremony and my reception in the same room. How would I change the decor etc if everyones still in there lol thanks xx
