Located at the southern end of Balmoral Beach, Public Dining Room offers sweeping views from its boardwalk to Manly and North Head.
The restaurant boasts an enviable position on the banks of Mosman’s historic Balmoral Baths. More than a century has passed, and the area’s gentle charm still captivates visitors from near and far. Yachts dot the harbour and bushland hugs the sea. This is where sophistication and iconic beachside culture meet.

Public Dining Room offers three distinctive function spaces for your special event. Whether you’re planning the perfect party, or a more intimate affair, Public Dining Room caters to a variety of groups and offers flexible indoor and outdoor spaces.
For an intimate celebration with friends & family the Private Dining Room offers
floor to ceiling windows overlooking Balmoral Baths. This unique space offers a truly memorable dining experience.
The Terrace is the ultimate modern entertainment area, combining the atmosphere of an outdoor space with the warmth and shelter of a room indoors.
The Dining Room is at the heart of our restaurant. Choosing this option gives you exclusive use of the entire restaurant. We suggest pre-dinner drinks and canapes on The Terrace, before moving into The Dining Room for the formal part of your event.
