We are passionate about providing only the best of service for each and every one of our guests from the moment they board the vessel. With the largest commercial kitchen in Sydney Harbour on board, our professional team of chefs have years of experience building mouth-watering dishes to suit any requirements. The MV Bella Vista comfortably seats up to 350 guests on board, with two decks for the guests to soak in the sights and sounds of Sydney Harbour.

As a commercial kitchen AOC cannot be responsible for the presence of allergens in catering because items such as sesame oil, nuts of all types, dairy and gluten are all used in the kitchen.

Vegetarian and gluten free: available free of charge on request

Halal and kosher: available at additional cost

Vegan: available on request with 4 weeks notice

We do not guarantee access to the vessels any earlier than the cruise start time. However usually a full day is blocked out for all weddings so access is generally granted from 9am the day of the wedding. Favours, florals etc. can be dropped to our office in Pyrmont at any time leading up to the wedding and staff will set up the room based on your requirements.

No pins or gaffa tape. Nothing adhered to windows or ceilings. We would recommend freestanding decorations, banners, signs, décor etc.

You have the choice of any Sydney wharf! Popular options include The Star Casino, King Street Darling Harbour and Man O War Steps (Opera House). Every wharf incurs a $50 fee per berthing. You can have as many wharf stops as you like.

The owner and Kristie the coordinator for our wedding event was simply amazing. All our guests had positive comments about how nice the staff were. There were many different requests i made for my wedding and they were very professional and able to accommodate and act on them. My only comment is that their coordinators are there to help you with 'coordinating' your event for your wedding on the boat. We were told by another coordinator that they were our 'wedding planner' for the boat, which means I expected initiative and suggestions and management that a wedding planner would do 'on the boat'. None of that happened, and they had promised three times to have a document to me outlining the arrangements of our wedding and three times they didn't send it to us. Kristie the coordinator was SIMPLY AMAZING. SUPER professional, accommodating, on the ball, accommodated requests with SUPERFAST responses with solutions. She really made our day so special for us, and the managing director was also amazing, so professional and lovely to deal with whenever it came to our requests, i am so grateful to have had them and Kristie manage our wedding on the evening of our wedding, everything went very very well!! Efficient pack down and amazing service to guests!

If you have a dream venue there is always a way to make it work, regardless of how much notice you have! Ideally 12-18 months because the venue is the first stop for your planning and all other details can wait until closer to the wedding date :)
