Surfair does cater for guests with disabilities with equitable access available to all areas of the property, which is all located on ground level. There are also lifts to and from the accommodation and underground car parking. Special arrangements can be made for wheelchair access to the beach or viewing deck for wedding ceremonies with prior notice.

In case of rain, there are multiple options available for your event or wedding ceremony which offers you an attractive alternative to your outdoor location. Our event co-ordinators will liaise with you prior to your event if an alternate location is required.

We work with many high end suppliers who we love to recommend.  We will only recommend those suppliers that we know provide a level of service similar to our own.  Our event co-ordinators will be happy to discuss these with you when you book your event.

Yes, live music or DJ services are allowed throughout the venue. Some conditions will apply due to our licensing agreement, which our event co-ordinators will discuss with you when you book your event.

Yes, there are a range of styling packages available that we can provide to suit your particular theme and budget. Our event co-ordinators and function team can work with you to ensure that your requirements are met.

Function rooms for private events are available up until midnight. Your guests are then welcomed to move across to the Sports Bar to continue celebrating. The venue is licensed until 2am Monday to Saturday and midnight on Sunday.

Children are welcome at all events with adult supervision.  We request that those looking after children refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages and suggest that children remain at functions with a curfew of 9pm.  We offer special children’s menus and have high chairs available for use. There is a parent room available with changing facilities.
