Choose from two exceptional reception spaces, each catering to various wedding styles. The Terrace boasts sky-high gable ceilings, bifold glass doors opening onto a spacious deck, and elegant interiors. At the same time, The Lawn offers a versatile outdoor setting for intimate gatherings or lavish affairs under the stars.

After many years of searching, in 2018 we became the custodians of this enchanting property. Inspired by the idyllic location, stunning natural diversity of the landscape, and incredible rockwork, we have worked tirelessly to create a really special venue and experience for guests. Maleny Country Estate can host events up to 400 persons and can sleep up to 70 on-site across our Accommodation options.
No, we have a plating kitchen for your caterers use. The majority of catering teams servicing the region have mobile kitchen equipment that can be set up in the plating kitchen.
While its not a popular option as our location and estate is so picturesque, you do not have to stay on-site. Speak to our team today about daily event dry hire rates.
No, we are not permitted for guests to have tents, caravans, pop-up car tents or any additional accommodation options on-site.
Yes and No. We love pets and understand they are a part of the family.
Yes, we allow pets (no cats permitted) to be a part of your Ceremony Only, however, they cannot stay on-site and must be taken off-site straight after your Ceremony has finished.
St Albertus Chapel can seat up to 110 guests and is the perfect wet weather option for your Ceremony.
While we cannot guarantee the dates exactly, due to the nature of the building industry, the current building plan is scheduled as below. No contruction will occur or be visible for any booked weddings or events. Our build times are always scheduled so they do not impact our couples and their perfect wedding weekend.
Build Phase One: 15 December, 2024- March 30, 2025
Phase One consists of the roof, frames and front fascade of the building. These will all be in a finished state, including electrical, ceilings, cladded frames and freshly painted. This will leave the space as an open-walled pavillion.
Build Phase Two: November/December 2025
Phase Two consists of all internal walls, glass doors and panels, interior finishes.
No, we have mulitple accommodation options and are super flexible with how our couples and guests book available accommodation. To take advantage of the best rates however, booking the entire estate provides the best per night rate.
Couples can choose which Accommodation add-ons suit them and then let their guests choose which remaining accommodation suits them and pay for their own stay.
Once your booking deposit has been paid, our team blocks the dates of your wedding in our booking system up to 3 months prior to your wedding date. You are then given a reference code for your wedding, which your guests state in their booking enquiry to us.
