For a truly grand affair, Old Cheese Factory presents the "Full Site Package", an all-inclusive experience that provides two hours in the wedding gardens for the ceremony and photo access. The reception occurs in either the elegant Function Room or the charming Middle Paddock, with exclusive bookings closed in the remaining ten hireable spaces to ensure privacy and exclusivity. The package includes all the amenities of the previous options, ensuring couples and their guests have everything they need for an extraordinary celebration.

FAQ
On site parking as well and street parking is avaialble for your guests to use when they attend your event. Over flow parking is also avaialble in the surrounding paddocks of the Old Cheese Factory for larger functions.
Decorations are permitted in all spaces, however, they must be fixed via existing hooks or by mean which do not dame the walls or fixtures.
All decoration must be removed before concluding your booking.
Stricklty no confetti, rice, fake flower petals or fire is allowed on the grounds. All helium balloons must be weighted down. No balloons are to be let loose in the air or to the roof of the room booked.
The set up and decoration of your hired space is strictly within your confirmed booking times, which also applies for all third party providers
Yes, hirers are responsible to pack down and clean their hired space as per the departure checklist displayed in your hired space prior to departure and within their approved hire times. Vacuums, Mops and cleaning supplies are provided in the room.
We do not offer catering on site however you are more than welcome to hire an external party to provide catering. They just would just be required to hold their own public liability insurance and safe food handling certificate.
Sound must be kept within the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA)’s regulations.
Please respect other site users and neighbours and keep your volume to a minimum.
All amplified sound, must adhere to prohibited times:
Monday to Thursday before 7.00 am and turned off by 10.00 pm,
Friday and Saturday before 7.00 am and turned down by 11.00 pm and off by
midnight,
Sunday and public holidays, before 9.00 am and turned down by 11.00 pm and off by
midnight.
Responsible Consumption of Alcohol is permitted at the Old Cheese Factory
Third Party providers offering, selling or providing alcohol for events must be licencsed and all staff must hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certifciation.
Booking Changes
Requests for booking changes for times and spaces may be accepted before four (4) weeks prior to the booking.
Cancellation
A 50% non-refundable deposit applies to all bookings to cover administrative costs associated with the booking.
For bookings cancelled on the day or up to four (4) weeks prior to the booking a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Any money paid above the cancellation fee will be refunded.
If a booking is cancelled due to inclement weather it will be treated as a cancellation.
