We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and loved it! It was the staff that made it! We really enjoyed our stay ... but would also recommend the location - being a 3-minute walk from the beach and with parking downstairs, it was so handy! For any of our outdoor ceremonies or receptions we always hold a wet weather back up in one of our indoor venues, whether that be our Ballroom, Promenade Room or Catch Restaurant. We typically like to make the call the day prior to the wedding, so we can ensure the day runs smoothly!

Hi All, We are having a cocktail style reception (no sit down dinner) for our wedding. The ceremony starts at 3pm, reception starting at 4pm for 4 hours (8pm). My question is what would be the order of events for the reception? There is no garter or bouquet toss, I'm giving my bouquet to my grandma. My thought is, 415pm introductions > 430pm toasts and speeches > 5pm bouquet to grandma > 515pm cake cutting > 530pm first dances > 6pm party dancing > 745 send off > 8pm end. Does that seem ok? Or do you suggest something different? Thanks!
