Nope! One of the many beauties of a country wedding is that we don't have a noise curfew. Rhyanna Park is situated on 700 acres, ~25km from a major town centre. You're welcome to dance the night into the early morning
You're welcome to erect a marquee anywhere on the 5 acres of landscaped garden and lawn - where logistically possible. Our only requirement is that a marquee on the lawns must have a hard floor to protect the grass. A marquee on the tennis court does not require a floor as it's artificial, and the tennis court net can be removed if required.
24 guests across 4 dwellings. A 6 bedroom main homestead, 2 bedroom apartment, 1 bedroom cottage & 3 bedroom house. The total bedding configuration is 7 King Beds, 3 Queen, 2 Split Kings (which can be either a King Bed or 2 Single Beds).
There is single phase power available to the tennis pavilion, the pool pavilion, and power from the house (directly adjoining the croquet lawn through the laundry). We also have a diesel generator on site with significant power capabilities. This generator is located about 50m from the homestead (behind the orchard) & can accommodate all power needs as it's on-site to power the house in the case of a blackout.
Rhyanna Park is 'venue only' hire, giving you the flexibility to plan your own catering alcohol & styling. The only item that must be ordered & installed through us is keg beer/cider/selter if you plan on using the two beer taps at the pool bar for your event.
Our best recommendation is to host your wedding reception on the tennis court. Please visit the gallery tab on our website for photos of the property.
Fireworks are permitted outdoors during cooler winter months, only if arranged by a professional full-service fireworks production company. All enquiries must be formally approved by Rhyanna Park staff prior. Due to safety concerns fireworks are not permitted during summer months where paddock grasses are dry, or when the fire danger rating is anywhere from moderate to extreme.

An event booking at Rhyanna Park must include a minimum 2 nights accommodation, giving you exclusive access to the property for the duration of your stay - including access to all amenities. Accommodation bookings include fresh linen, bath & pool towels, luxury soaps & body wash + basic kitchen pantry supplies.
No, Rhyanna Park is a private residence available for hire and is yours to treat as your own home for the duration of your booking. The only staff on site will be those you have arranged externally.
Yes, all bookings include a mandatory $7500 bond, which is fully refunable within 7 days of check-out provided no damage is caused. All bookings of the entire property also include a $1000 mandatory cleaning fee.
As Rhyanna Park is in a rural setting, waste is removed manually and dropped at the local council tip. Rhyanna Park staff are responsible for removing the 6 bins with waste produced by overnight guests only. Any waste produced from external event hire and/or catering is the responsibility of the supplier. This is common practice for external caterers. Any waste or rubbish left outside the 6 bins will be charged an excess rubbish removal fee.
Rhyanna Park is venue only hire giving you a beautiful blank canvas for your event. Here's some suggestions of things you may need to consider hiring: marquee, chairs + tables, styling arrangements, lawn games, plates, bowls, crockery + glassware, food & alcohol catering, lounge chairs or umbrellas.
We don't offer a discount for booking the Astor Motel as it's competitively priced.
Rhyanna Park has ample on-site refrigeration options! 5 single door fridges across the main homestead (2), apartment (1), cottage (1) and pool bar (1). We also have a chest freezer and bar fridges in the garage.

Rhyanna Park is located in a farmland region of the Southern Tablelands called Chatsbury. We're 2.5 hours South-West of Sydney, 1.5 hours from Canberra and around 25 minutes from Goulburn town centre headed out toward Oberon. The closest small town is Taralga which has a general store, cafe & local pub, and your closest major town with grocery & liquor stores is Goulburn.
Absolutely! When driving from Goulburn, Taralga Road, Parsons Lane and Rhyanna Road are sealed right up to the main entrance of Rhyanna Park, providing very easy access for all car types.
Rhyanna Park has a small paddock behind the orchard which is perfect for guest parking. It's easily accessible from the house, but cars are hidden from view.
All bookings that include an event hire fee are given an early check-in at 12pm, and late check-out by 3pm. Standard accommodation bookings include 3pm check-in and 11am check-out.
Yes, glamping is available upon request. As Rhyanna Park runs on tank water, any glamping tents must have their own portable toilet block, and each tent erected onsite incurs a fee of $100/tent.
No, the dining room table can not be moved so it needs to be incorporated into your plans if you are hosting your wedding inside the house.
Yes, you will need to provide toilets for your wedding guests via portaloos. There is power and water available but we do not have the facility to hook them into the septic system. We can work with you on the number of toilets you will need.
Yes, there is a $1000 cleaning fee to cover the cost to clean Rhyanna Park when you vacate.
